What is a prime shape?

For a block with volume N (built from N unit cubes), the prime shape is the arrangement with the least surface area.

Dimensions multiply to N (volume).
Surface area is minimized (smallest exposed faces).
Ties pick the shape closest to a cube (smallest max side).
Axes ordered: Height ≥ Width ≥ Depth.
